RETURN POLICY

RATNA has a very customer friendly Return and Refund Policy. In case you are not happy with the product ordered, you may return it back to us for a complete refund. Following are the conditions for RETURN and REFUND:

• Items have to be returned back in their original condition and unused
• Returns have to be made within 15 DAYS of delivery

Steps to Return Product:

Put the product along with the Invoice in the RATNA box that is originally used for packing.

Login to My account in the www.ratnahomeproducts.in website, open my orders and select items you wish to return. Click the confirm button. Our delivery partner will contact you by phone to arrange a pickup. Handover the consignment to the service provider and take a shipping bill from them.
